Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic manipulation is a method of moving the joints of the spine and extremities through their normal range of motion in order to reduce your pain, increase your range of motion and to protect your spine from further degeneration. We provide spinal correction in all areas of the spine using spinal adjustments. We utilize Diversified, Activator, Flexion/Distraction, and Graston techniques.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy enhances general health and plays an important role in your health and wellness plan. Massage helps keep your body and mind functioning optimally by increasing circulation, decreasing muscle spasm, and aiding in the recovery of soft tissue injuries. Our massage therapists work alongside our chiropractors to formulate a treatment plan that will compliment your chiropractic care.

Acupuncture

Professionals at Windrose Therapy use acupuncture points chosen specifically to address your particular condition. The practice of acupuncture uses small needles to tonify the energy imbalances within your body. Research indicates that acupuncture is an effective method for lowering blood pressure, inhibiting nerve signals that cause acute and chronic pain, as well as stabilize the body's metabolism.
